Handheld Healthcare apps coming soon

The new firmware for the iPhone 3G and the iPod Touch will be available on July 11. That will bring the App Store to the device. Two medically-oriented applications were demonstrated at the developer's conference. I am sure many more are to come. A anatomy flashcard app by Modality, and a medical imaging app by MIMvista showed off some of graphics horsepower of the device. It is going to be a long month waiting....
